Amazing staff, cute atmosphere, beautiful bar, great personality of the check-in staff, organized and perfect, excellent service.

The view from the hotel was very nice, offering fine sights of the city skyline. The location was also fantastic, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. I particularly loved the convenience of having valet parking available at a reasonable price, allowing me to come and go as I pleased.

The lack of free amenities, such as slippers and a microwave in the room. the AC could only be adjusted to a certain level, which may be uncomfortable for those who prefer a cooler room.

I was actually surprised by the complimentary shuttle service from LGA, made my arrival hassle-free. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, holding my bags until check-in. The location near a shopping mall and movie theater was convenient for entertainment options. I also enjoyed the small New Year's Eve party they hosted. Despite a few housekeeping hiccups, the overall service was satisfactory. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent service, called taxi and answered questions. Secure ground floor, check-in on upper floor. DJ played awesome music. Amazing gym. Hotel paid for taxi to airport. Comfy bed, clean, modern room.

The hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping mall with a movie theater, making it easy to catch a film or do some shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the skyline. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The gym was impressive, although I didn't have time to use it. a cool and modern hotel with a great vibe.

The AC lowest fan level cannot be adjusted to be lower.

They even offered us a free shuttle to the airport when the regular one wasn't available.
